The NIFHS Collection of Family Trees and Books about Families

The North of Ireland Family History Society (NIFHS) has a good collection of family trees submitted by Members and a collection of books about specific families.  Members are encouraged to contribute to the Family Tree Collection. Follow these links to explore this resource:

• NIFHS Family Tree Index – index of about a thousand surnames occurring in the family trees (PDF – May 2020).  These can be consulted in person at the Research Centre.
• Family Tree Books – lists by surname the books devoted specifically to a family and also those of groups of families (PDF).  These can be consulted in person at the Research Centre.
